Cons (fron the pros and cons page)
    * Unsatisfactory customer service, long wait times
------> Each time I've called in, I've NEVER had a long wait time.


   * Hidden fees and charges
------>    I've paid the same thing for 3 years. Internet and cable.

    * Internet service not always available with cable television service
------>  See above. I've had both. Both have been available. But, I've always lived where the supply meets the demand.

    * High initial upfront cost for cable modem box
------>    Bring your own modem!!! We had to pay it out, $5 each bill. Even when we moved. That's not right.

    * Inconsistent connectivity
-------> Not for me.
