Have cable connections in general gotten faster in the last while?
It seems to me that I'm able to stream audio and video with fewer interruptions lately, which is nice. |

| When we had cable Internet I thought it was pretty fast too. Our reason for switching to DSL was because the cable service kept going out and giving us trouble. Now with DSL our sevice is rarely ever interupted. | ||

That's good to hear, ozzie.
When we switched to a cable Internet connection, the service was much better, but we had to switch to a digital phone service too, which took three service visits, for some reason.

| That's interesting to note that your cable service kept going out. I'm still on dial-up (feel sorry for me!) and am in the process of researching who I should switch to. DSL is more reliable, then that is a big plus in my book. | ||

| That is interesting to hear about the problems with cable. People keep trying to convince me it is better but we've not had any trouble with our dsl line. | ||
