Hey does anybody know who is the pioneer of internet . Actually i read about the story of google in readers Digest but who laid the foundation of internet is my question ?

| I thought that was an interesting question. I looked for some kind of answer and found that this on wicki. "In the 1960s, computer researchers, J. C. R. Licklider and Robert W. Taylor pioneered calls for a joined-up global network to address interoperability problems." which how it describes the beginning research for the internet. | ||

| Actually the internet was an old military communication network that had become obsolete. It was turned over to civilian control when the updated network was in place. Since then it has grown exponentially and has exceeded any and all expectations. It has become an uncontrollable source of knowledge, communication, worldwide news, entertainment and, not the least, commerce. Can you say "revolutionary"? | ||

Investigations have been ongoing with all relevant parties and Pioneer believes it has found, or is very close to finding the probable cause, which it believes, is likely to be the root cause. However, it is anticipated that it will take at least another week to ten days to confirm this. We are confident a remedy can be found thereafter and currently the best estimate about how long a remedy will take to identify is approximately 1 month. This allows the exhaustive tests underway to be concluded on all relevant products. Due to the nature of the investigations, this timeline is a calculated indication. We will then work with a view to providing affected UK customers as soon as possible, with details of the implementation plan for the remedy and the proposed timings thereof.
Whilst this investigation has been complex and taken longer than expected we are doing all we can to swiftly conclude the situation as detailed above. In the meanwhile, we would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for their patience.
