Hi,
I took a look at your account and the current line readings / past tickets. Your last ticket indicated that we had dispatched out Verizon and they determined that there was an inside wiring issue. From the MPOE or NID they were getting full speeds but with the inside wiring attached you were not able to. Did you have an opportunity to look at / correct your inside wiring issue? Here are your current line readings.
