Hi , I been with DSLX (elite package 6 meg) for sometime now like two years and my download is capped at 612 KB per second and I thought that was normal for elite package but just recently I started digging I noticed that my speed is not meg but kb that means its running slow right? If someone can help me understand this, thank you!
