High Speed Internet Forum / Service Providers / DSL / [modem/router] Verizon DSL settings and Trendnet TEW-657BRM

Got a new Trendnet TEW-657BRM to replace my verizon supplied Westell 327W router/modem. After 8hrs. or so of frustration, I got it working. I am in an Ex-GTE area (apparently distinguished by the DHCP usage on the WAN side).
Auto detection of the ATM/DSL signal worked, but I had trouble with the Internet setup. I finally found enough information to find out that I needed to change one setting from VC to LLC.
Verizon's setting appear to be as such: VPI:0, VCI:35, UTM, Bridge mode/ DHCP, Logical Link Control (LLC).
Hope this helps someone.
