Is Netzero still a free dial up service or have they changed their business plan in recent years?

I'd be curious about that too. My father-in-law probably doesn't want another bill, but I'm sure he'd spend a bit of time online if he had a computer and free Internet service.

Netzero, whom I am with still, has a free plan for a limited number of hours of internet service per month.  I'm not sure what it is.  They also have paid services including a dial-up accelerator thing which basically doesn't load graphics the whole way on websites.
