| I'd be curious about that too. My father-in-law probably doesn't want another bill, but I'm sure he'd spend a bit of time online if he had a computer and free Internet service. | ||

| Netzero, whom I am with still, has a free plan for a limited number of hours of internet service per month. I'm not sure what it is. They also have paid services including a dial-up accelerator thing which basically doesn't load graphics the whole way on websites. | ||

(A year later...) It's still 10 hours based on their website. It's been 10 hours for a few years when I was still using dial-up.
It was still pretty slow, but didn't kick me off as much as others have. |
